The international convention "Digital Partnership" is held for young leaders, students, young scientists, engineers and it specialists, start-ups and entrepreneurs living in Russia and in the countries-full members of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS-further) on 27 technological tracks reflecting the digitalization of the world economy.
At the Convention, work with projects is carried out within the framework of modern educational, acceleration and business events - "hackathon", "accelerator", "virtual exhibition of projects", "digital award", "navigator of digital solutions", "forum".

At the meeting of the working group to approve the business program of the Convention in September 2021, President of the Association of Accelerators and Business Incubators, Chairman of the CIS Digital Development Committee Arseny Uralov, being the program director of the Convention, stressed that, according to the decision of the organizers and partners, the Convention will continue its work on a regular basis with a special focus on scouting and acceleration of high-tech business to strengthen scientific and technological development and expand the portfolio of best practices for the "digital partnership" of the economies of the CIS countries.
To ensure the permanent functioning of the venues of the Convention, on the second day of the forum, agreements on cooperation on technological tracks, reflecting the digitalization of the world economy, will be signed.
This year, the general partner of the Convention was the international investment company Finstar, founded by a group of investors led by Chairman of the Board of Directors of Finstar Financial Group Oleg Boyko, leading the FinTech track.
